Ashmore Acoustics performed at fourteen weddings in the month of July, but Kirsty & Matthew’s wedding at the beautiful Cripps Barn in Gloucestershire has to have been one of our highlights! We performed an acoustic version of ‘Tiny dancer’ as Kirsty walked up the aisle and the sun shone bright just as Kirsty made the long walk to Matthew. The bridesmaids also performed ‘One day like this’ by Elbow and we even played an impromptu ‘All you need is love’ as their guests exited the woodland ceremony. We then moved to our amplification for a more energetic afternoon of classic songs. Kirsty & Matthew took to the grass whilst we performed ‘stand by me’ and Caroline Alexander took some amazing photographs that really sum up the day beautifully – Caroline Alexander Photography
